Q: What happens if I decide to withdraw after I have started the training? Can I receive a refund?
A: Yes! You are able to receive a full refund of your training tuition if you decide to withdraw within the first 10 days. From 11 to 21 days, if you withdraw we will refund 75% of your tuition. No tuition is refunded after 22 days from the start of class.

Q: What does my training cost?
A: Tuition for 11 weeks of personalized in-office training is $7495 and is due in full by your first scheduled training session. However, financing options are available through a third party partner as well as rebates based on your performance.

Q: Are there other costs besides my training tuition?
A: Yes. Each student will receive required textbooks: Ehrlich and Torres Essentials of Dental Assisting, 9th Ed. Philadelphia, W.B. Saunders Company, 2008 and Dental Instruments - A Pocket Guide, 3rd Ed. W.B. Saunders Company, 2009. In addition, one set of dental scrubs and a lab coat will also be provided. The student will be responsible for obtaining the necessary immunizations which will be outlined in the student agreement.

Q: Do I need access to technology?
A: Yes. Some concept instruction requires the use of a computer. The student is responsible for supplying or ensuring they have adequate computer internet access.

Q: If I pay my tuition am I guaranteed a certificate of completion?
A: No. A certificate of completion will be awarded if a student completes all required training with an average passing grade of 85% or greater on both clinical and written examinations. We will make every effort to help you achieve your certificate. We pride ourselves in preparing every student to pass the National Academy of Dental Assisting Examination.

Q: If my training is interrupted by events out of my control, can I make up missed sessions?
A: Yes. Your assigned training office personnel have established daily training plans and will allow up to 3 rescheduled sessions.

Q: What qualifications do my instructors have?
A: Each participating training office is owned by a practicing Dentist or Orthodontist. In addition, we require our teaching Dental Assistants have a minimum of three to five years working experience and be Expanded Function Dental Assistants.

Q: Can I decide to change my training location?
A: No. Your training location will be arranged through our school. Every attempt will be made to provide a location as convenient to you as possible. One of our desires is to bring our resources as close to your location as we are physically capable.
